18V Brushless ¾” Rotary Hammer

Woodworkers installing cabinets or furniture in a concrete environment will appreciate the new Bosch GBH18V-21, which features both drilling performance plus chiseling in a lighter weight tool. This is an 18V brushless ¾” rotary hammer with 1.5 foot pounds of impact energy and a no-load blows per minute (BPM) rating of 0 to 5,100. There are rotary hammer, rotation only, and hammer only modes. The tool without battery weighs just 5.3 lbs. and is compatible with Bosch’s 18V Li-ion batteries. For optimal results, it requires a 4.0 Ah battery or higher. It also works with the company’s Pro+Guard™ dust solutions and has built in technology to protect the tool and battery from overload. The chuck is ¾” SDS-plus (the industry-standard system that is  compatible with many bits), and the drill’s no-load RPMs are 0 to 1800.
