10 Apr A Drawer Slide Installation Jig from Milescraft
The inexpensive DrawerJig™ (item 1341, $24.99) comes in a two-piece set and offers a large clamping area and a built-in level for making it a bit easier to install two drawer slides properly and on the same plane. The handy little plastic jig can reduce project time and improve accuracy when installing slides and mounting drawers. It’s compatible with either frameless or face frame cabinets and it starts by helping the woodworker mount the interior slides accurately, then flips around and provides support for the drawer as one completes the installation. It has alignment fences and tabs to make sure the jig is accurately aligned in the cabinet opening, and eight non-marring, anti-slip pads on each side of each jig that allow for tight and secure clamping to the cabinet with no damage.
