The Towson, Maryland based manufacturer has unveiled its first 20V MAX* 3×360° Green Line Laser (DCLE34030G) that is compatible with both the 12V MAX* and 20V MAX* battery platforms. The 20V option delivers 10 hours per charge. This 3×360 long-reaching laser has a range of up to 165′ when used with a detector (sold separately). Woodworkers can “achieve precise positioning with a fine-adjust knob and supreme accuracy with 1/8″ at 30 feet.” The kit includes the laser, 2Ah battery and charger, target card, drop ceiling attachment, a TSTAK® compatible storage case and a user manual. Incorporating DeWALT green beam diode technology, the tool delivers outstanding visibility in bright conditions and on expansive jobsites. With 3×360° self-levelling lines, the laser covers the entire working area and is a multifunctional tool for applications including millwork and casework installs, and framing carpentry. It is designed to withstand tough jobsite environments. Built from premium materials, the laser has an IP54 rating and includes a pendulum lock to safeguard internal components during transportation. There’s a pivoting bracket featuring a set of strong integrated magnets so the laser can be attached to metal studs. Plus, a 20V MAX* Cross 5 Spot, Cross 2 Spot, and Cross Line laser are all coming in the summer of 2021.
