New Furniture Legs

Osborne Wood Products, Inc. in Toccoa, Georgia has added three new wooden legs and a polished brass cup caster to its catalog. At left is the extended, massive, 40-1/2″ tall by 5″ square Mission style island leg (part 1548) that comes in paint grade, red oak, knotty pine or cherry. It’s intended for bar-height kitchen islands. Next is the standard version of this leg (24-1/2″ x 2-1/2″, item 1945), which can be ordered with such enhancements as having an electrical box installed, or be quarter-notched or split for outside corners or decorative applications. It can even be distressed in the pine or oak versions. The two-sided, curved and tapered dining table leg measures 29″ x 3 12″ (item 3180), and Osborne’s new Polished Brass Cup Caster (947) has a cup with inside dimensions of 1-3/4″ diameter (top of cup) and 1-1/4″ diameter (bottom of cup). The height of cup is 1-3/16″, and the caster wheel is 1-1/4″ diameter.
