New Polyurethane Coatings

Visit

The Pennsylvania based paint manufacturer Axalta has introduced a new line of polyurethane wood coatings to its Imron™ collection. Dave Heflin, a VP at Axalta, describes these premium, durable formaldehyde-free products as “resilient against chemical and abrasion damage, and they can be applied using a variety of spray application methods with outstanding dry and sand times.” Designed to provide superior quality gloss, application and durability, the new line is specifically for interior wood surfaces in kitchen/bath cabinetry, tables, chairs, office furniture and architectural millwork. Polyurethane coatings are ideal for any application where surfaces are subject to higher levels of wear and tear, and where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required.
