Paintline's new EX Plus Series of drying racks

PaintLine Introduces New, Expandable, Heavy-duty Racks

About eighteen months ago WoodEzine reported on new accessories being offered by Paintline for holding cabinet doors during finishing. Now the company has launched its new EX Plus Series™ of drying racks that feature up to 15 feet of mobile, horizontal rack space and 1,800 lbs of weight capacity. The new system has up to 15 removable shelves and can be configured with up to four towers which can provide from 20” to 180” of horizontal rack space on each level. With heavy-duty 5” locking casters and anti-torque stabilizers, an EX Plus rack can be rolled around the shop or jobsite, even under load.

This newest rack configuration uses PaintLine’s popular two-towered, expandable PDREX as its base rack and builds on that. The original two-tower PDREX model has 15 shelves or levels, expands from 20” to 60” and has a weight capacity of 900 LBS.

The new three-tower PDREX3 adds stabilizers and shelves for 120” of horizontal rack space and 1,350 LBS. of weight capacity.

And the new four-tower PDREX 4 includes 180” of horizontal rack space and 1,800 LBS. of weight capacity.
