Pony Clamping Worktable and Sawhorse Now at Lowe’s

Pony Jorgensen’s model 60300 high impact plastic workbench is now available at Lowe’s (store item 3700637, $139.00). The bench converts between a worktable and sawhorse in seconds, and the height is adjustable up to 32” tall. It comes with two Jorgensen 12” EZ-Hold trigger clamps that store onboard, and it folds up for easy transport and storage between the workshop and the jobsite. It also comes with four bench dogs (two large, two small) that work with the clamps as a vise, and there’s a built-in storage shelf below for parts and small tools.  You slide the clamps into slots in one end of the worktop, and either lock or release them with build-in trigger buttons. The worktable is rated to 500 lbs. and the safe working load is 300 lbs. However, when used as a sawhorse the capacity is a full 1,000 lbs.

The tabletop is 31” long and 25” wide when set up as a bench, and it includes inscribed measurements for easy reference when clamping parts. There are 36 holes in the top so irregularly shaped parts can be clamped easily. The holes work with the bench dogs and also accept the two clamps when vertical (downward) force is needed. And the feet are non-marring, so the bench can be used on most customer’s floors.

The 60300 comes with a limited 3-year warranty.
