MLCS Precision Bar for Miter Gauge Jigs

Precision Bar for Miter Gauge Jigs

MLCS has just added two K-Premium brand miter gauge Snug Tite bars to its catalog. These are precision, adjustable extruded aluminum guides that are used to build jigs for table saws, band saws, router tables and other tools with guide slots. They fit into a standard 3/4″ x 3/8″ miter gauge slot and their adjustable nylon bushings can be micro-adjusted to fit for zero side to side movement. That makes the jig have very controlled front to back movement and no sway/wobble at the bit or blade. They can also be locked into position anywhere along the travel, so they can be used to anchor feather-boards. And the six threaded holes let a woodworker add this bar to almost jig or fixture.
